Your gold passes through four kinds of company: a refiner, a vault, an insurer and a bank. Here is who each one is on Ticgetz, what they do for your gram, and where to check them yourself.

The refiner
Every gram you buy on Ticgetz is bought from Augmont as physical 24K 999 gold. Augmont sets aside the same weight of metal for you, and its live rate is the price you buy and sell at.
Augmont Enterprises is a Mumbai bullion house, incorporated in 2012, with refining units in Rudrapur and Mumbai. It lists India Good Delivery, BIS, NABL and RJC credentials for its refinery, and publishes 24K 999 for its digital gold. See today's live rate.
Vaulting partner

The vault
The gold bought for you is held in insured, audited Sequel vaults and allocated to your name: specific metal held for you, not a promise on the platform's books.
Sequel is an independent vaulting and secure-logistics company, and Augmont's partner apps Groww and Gullak name it as the vault operator too. Because Sequel, not Ticgetz, holds the metal, the platform is never its own auditor. How to check any platform.
Insurance partner
The insurer
ICICI Lombard General Insurance is Ticgetz Gold's insurance partner. The gold held for you in the vault is insured, so your holding doesn't rest on the vault alone.

Banking partners

The money
You pay by UPI, and Cashfree Payments processes the payment, with Axis Bank as the banking partner. When you sell, the money goes back to your bank account at the live sell rate, with no GST.
