Question 1

Who can join this?

Accepted Answer

Anyone, on any device. You don’t need a Ticgetz account first and you don’t need to have bought anything. Join here, verify your number, and your referral code is live.

Question 2

When do I get the gold?

Accepted Answer

Usually within minutes of your friend signing in on the app. Each ₹25 is credited the moment their app sign-in lands, and it’s already sitting against your mobile number, open the app and claim it. Nothing to type in.

Question 3

Does my friend have to be new to Ticgetz?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The offer pays for bringing someone new. If they already had a Ticgetz account before you sent them the link, that referral doesn’t pay. They’re welcome to use the app, it just isn’t a referral.

Question 4

Does it have to be the app, or does the website count?

Accepted Answer

The app. iPhone or Android, either is fine, but they have to download it and sign in there. A friend who only ever opens the website doesn’t trigger the credit.

Question 5

Is there a limit on how many people I can refer?

Accepted Answer

No. No cap, no tiers, and no point where the rate drops. Bring fifty people and that’s fifty times ₹25.

Question 6

What if a friend joins but never downloads it?

Accepted Answer

Then that one doesn’t pay. It sits on your dashboard as pending, so you know what’s outstanding and who to nudge, and it pays the moment they install the app and sign in.

Question 7

Do I need to buy anything?

Accepted Answer

No. You never have to spend a rupee to earn or to keep the gold. If you want to add to it, the minimum buy is ₹10.

Question 8

Do I need KYC?

Accepted Answer

Not to join, and not to receive this. KYC only comes up if you cross the non-KYC ceiling for gold in a financial year, which is well past anything this campaign will hand you. If you do get there, we hold the gold for you until it’s done.

Question 9

Can I sell the gold you give me?

Accepted Answer

Yes, at the live rate, straight to your bank account. It’s your metal from the moment it’s credited. You can also redeem it as a physical coin once it adds up.

Question 10

Which mobile number should I give you?

Accepted Answer

The one you sign into the app with. The app logs you in by mobile OTP, so that number is how we recognise you and how your gold is addressed. Give us a different number and there’s nothing for the credit to land on. If you’ve already joined with the wrong one, write to care@ticgetz.com and we’ll move it.

Question 11

Where do I see what I’ve earned?

Accepted Answer

In your inbox. Every time a friend of yours downloads the app we email you the credit and your running total, along with your code and invite link. There’s nothing to log into and nothing to keep checking. The email is the record.

Question 12

Do I have to join before my code earns anything?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You have to be in the programme and have verified your number. A code shared by someone who never joined, or who has since come off the list, doesn’t pay.

Question 13

Is there a limit per device?

Accepted Answer

Yes, one referral reward per device, ever. The app records a device identifier when it signs in (the same one that powers the sessions list in your profile), and a second new account signing in from a phone that already earned somebody a reward doesn't pay again. It's there so the programme pays for genuine downloads; a normal referral never touches it. The full rules are on the terms page.

Question 14

Can I use my own number on another phone to earn?

Accepted Answer

No. Your number is your identity in the programme, and a number that moves across devices, or a device that cycles through numbers, is treated as one person. Self-referral in any form doesn't pay, and repeated attempts end participation.

Question 15

What do you do with my number?

Accepted Answer

Two things. We text one 6-digit code to it when you join, to prove the number is yours. The app signs you in by OTP on that number and your gold is addressed to it, so a number nobody verified is a gift that never arrives. After that we only use it to address the gold. No calls, no marketing texts, and we never sell it on. Everything else reaches you by email.
