The rate follows the market through the day. Checkout locks it for about five minutes while you pay.

Are these real Augmont coins?
Yes. Every coin is minted by Augmont, Ticgetz Gold's bullion partner, and shipped to you sealed in its original tamper-evident packaging.
Why does the price change during the day?
Coins are priced from Augmont's live gold and silver rate, which follows the market. The page refreshes the rate every few minutes, and checkout locks it for about five minutes while you pay.
Can I cancel or return an order?
Not once it is dispatched. Each coin is packed against your order at a locked metal price, so a dispatched order can't be cancelled, returned or turned back into digital gold.
What if my parcel is lost in transit?
Every parcel is insured. Tell us, and once we have checked with the courier and Augmont, we replace the coin or restore the metal to your balance.
What if the seal is broken when it arrives?
Don't accept a parcel whose tamper-evident packaging looks opened or damaged, and report it to us the same day. We replace the coin or restore the metal.
What if the coin isn't what I ordered?
If the weight or purity doesn't match your order, report it within 48 hours with the packaging intact and we arrange a replacement or restore the metal.
What if my order can't be placed after I pay?
If the coin goes out of stock at that moment, the delivery charge is refunded in full automatically, and any gold or silver you bought stays in your balance.
What if I miss the delivery?
If delivery fails because of wrong details or repeated unavailability, the parcel goes back and we contact you about redelivery, which may be charged.
